Sanderson has completed the fit out of two shell units for a Harvester and Nando’s at Halifax’s new Broad Street Plaza.

The £185,000 Harvester was the latest of a number of projects Sanderson has completed for Mitchells & Butlers Retail which are actively increasing numbers of its very popular brand. Work commenced at the beginning of July and was completed six weeks later ready for the restaurant to open the following week.

The new Nando’s was a fit out of a developer’s shell which used reclaimed timber within its interior to create the authentic Portuguese-style brand. The £360,000 project took just over eight weeks to complete.

The team has also been working on a JD Wetherspoon’s public house which is to be called The Percy Shaw. The £340,000 fit-out will be completed at the beginning of December ready for the bar to open to the Christmas trade.
